A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Lost in a dimly lit maze, venture alone or together to escape, before whatever it is that's lurking in the darkness catches up.

Roles

The Wander/Player 1: Your job is to navigate the maze, describing your surroundings to the guide and staying close to the light. If your light goes out, make sure to run to the nearest torch, or risk learning why this game fits the theme of "togetherness".

The Guide/Player 2: Your job is to guide player 1 through the maze, instructing them on where to go and helping them when they get lost. Note that player 1 will always start in the top left corner, and the exit is always in the bottom right.

Read before playing

- Make sure not to start the game with less than ~10 seconds before the next minute of your system clock.

- Make sure both players computers system clocks are within 1 minute of each other.

- If your torch isn't re-igniting, walk a couple meters away from the light source and come back.

Note

If you can't find someone to play with, player 1 can be played individually, albeit with more difficulty.

i am in windows 11 and i cant run it, it says that it might be a virus

Yeah, I believe it's a popup saying it's from an unknown source, meaning you need to click more info then run anyway (Assuming it's the same popup as in windows 10). The popup should appear for most games you download on itch.io, since all it means is that the game hasn't been officially recognized by Microsoft (Which doesn't make sense for a 48h game jam).

hi creator

Hi!

Hi, does this have Splitscreen support?

Sorry, unless you've got two monitors, you'll have to use two different devices to play in multiplayer.

When I try to run the game on MAC, it says that the file is damaged.

Sorry! Wasn't able to check if the MAC installation ran myself (Personally using Windows), guess there was an issue when I was compiling it. Not a lot I can do about it now, but thanks a ton for checking it out anyway!
